Manual Lymphatic drainage techniques facilitate the removal of excess fluid, toxins, and bacteria. It relaxes the parasympathetic nervous system, reduces pain, stress & anxiety, and enhances the activity of the immune system.

Pre-request: Beauty/ Massage level 3, health care qualification, or anatomy and physiology exam from previous qualification.
